How do I sign up for the digital edition?
New Subscribers:
As soon as you subscribe to ADDitude and select the “Digital” or “Print + Digital” plan, you can access the current digital issue at additu.de/additudemag. You will be prompted to enter the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services in both the “Login” and “Password” fields in order to verify access.
As new issues become available, we will email a direct link (no need to log in!) to the new issue to the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services.
Current Subscribers:
If you are an existing “Digital” or “Print + Digital” subscriber, you will receive an email with the link to the newest digital issue of ADDitude directly to your inbox. (Note: The link will be sent to the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services.)

ADDitude Digital General FAQ
1. Who has access to the digital edition?
The digital edition is free for “Digital” (U.S., Canada, and international) or “Print + Digital” (U.S. and Canada only) subscribers . The “Print Only” plan (U.S. and Canada only) does not include digital access. You must provide your email address to Subscriber Services to access the digital edition.
Please note: You have access to digital ADDitude issues only while you are a paid subscriber under a Digital or Print + Digital plan.
2. What devices support the digital edition?

3. How do I access the digital edition if I have not provided Subscriber Services with my email address?
You must provide your email address to Subscriber Services to access the digital edition. Please visit Subscriber Services to input your email address.
4. How do I change the email address I have on file in Subscriber Services?

5. How can I access the online archives?
Please note that the online archives are accessed through a log in process that is separate from your digital log in. You must be a paid subscriber to access the online archives. Please visit Subscriber Services to sign in to your account. Once you are logged in, please click “Access Archives.” This will allow you to access the online archives.
6. How can I access digital back issues?
From a desktop browser: Go to additu.de/additudemag to view the current digital issue. As noted above, enter the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services in both the “Login” and “Password” fields. Click the “hamburger” menu (three horizontal lines) at the upper left of the screen. Click “Archive,” then click the cover of the back issue you would like to read. If you are in “Contents View,” you may choose a different issue by clicking its cover from the column on the left.
From a mobile browser: Go to additu.de/additudemag to view the current digital issue. As noted above, enter the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services in both the “Login” and “Password” fields. The mobile reader defaults to the “Contents View.” Switch to a different issue by tapping its cover from the strip that runs across the screen. If you switch to “Page View” (replica edition), tap the “hamburger” menu (three horizontal lines) at the upper left of the screen. Tap “Archive,” then tap the cover of the back issue you would like to read.
From the app: The first time you open the app, enter the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services in both the “Login” and “Password” fields to sign in. Tap the cover of the issue you would like to read from the default cover grid. To get back to the issue index from within any issue, tap on the screen to bring up the menu at the bottom, then tab “Hub” at the lower left.
7. Can I download issues as PDFs? Can I read issues offline?
Yes. In the browser edition, click the download symbol (⤓) at the upper right to download the issue you’re reading as a PDF. In the app, after you download an issue to read, you may read it offline at any time.
8. How will I know when the newest issue is available?
We will send you a link by email for immediate access to the newest issue as soon as it is available. Please note this link will be sent to the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services.
9. How many new digital issues do I receive during the year?
You will have access to 4 new digital issues per year.
10. I have an iPad or an iPhone. Is there an ADDitude app and how does it work?
Yes, there is an ADDitude app, which is free to paid subscribers. Visit the iTunes Store to download the app: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/additude-magazine/id582710097?ls=1&mt=8. You must enter the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services once the app is downloaded in order to access your free digital subscription.
11. I have an Android device. Is there an ADDitude app and how does it work?
Yes, there is an ADDitude app, which is free to paid subscribers. You must enter the email address you have on file in Subscriber Services once the app is downloaded in order to access your free digital subscription.
12. I live outside of the U.S. and Canada. How do I sign up for a subscription with digital access?

13. I am an international subscriber to ADDitude magazine. Can I receive a print copy of the magazine?
No, ADDitude does not currently offer Print international subscriptions. International readers may select a one- or two-year Digital subscription plan here.
14. Is there a digital-only subscription available?
Yes, we do offer digital-only subscriptions. Select ‘Digital’ on the order form here.

ADDitude App FAQ
1. How do I get the ADDitude app?
For paid subscribers:
The app is available for free for paid Digital or Print + Digital subscribers. Visit the iTunes Store, Google Play, or the Amazon Appstore to download the app. Once the app is downloaded, enter the same email address you have on file in Subscriber Services.
Please note: If you are a paid Digital or Print + Digital subscriber, use the fields to log in and do not select the one-year ($19.99) or single issue ($6.99) subscription offers once you download the app. By selecting either of these offers, you will be charged by the iTunes Store.
For unpaid subscribers:
We encourage you to subscribe to ADDitude via our website: additu.de/subscribe. If you do so, we’ll have a full record of your subscription and you’ll be able to choose your plan (Print, Digital, or Print + Digital) plus receive the free subscriber gifts, online archive access, and other subscriber benefits. App-only subscriptions are also available via the app from the iTunes Store, Google Play, and the Amazon Appstore. Once you download the app, you will have the opportunity to select a single issue ($6.99) or one-year subscription ($19.99). A one-year subscription includes the 4 issues included in your subscription term. If you subscribe within an app, however, you must manage or cancel your subscription within the ap or by contacting the app store.
2. What devices support the app?
The ADDitude app in the iTunes Store is compatible with iOS 8.1 or later iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. The ADDitude app in Google Play or the Amazon Appstore is compatible with any Android device.
3. Can I read ADDitude issues offline in the app?
Yes. After you open the app and sign in, you’ll see covers of the available issues. After you tap to read an issue, it will download to your device. After an issue has been downloaded, you may read it again at any time, even without an Internet connection.
4. It’s hard to read the issue pages on my phone screen. Are there other ways to view the issue?
Yes. Use the menu icon at the upper left to toggle from “Page View” (magazine replica version) to “Contents View,” which displays the articles as scrolling text. If you’re reading in Page View, tap any article’s title (highlighted with glowing red boxes) to switch to Contents View for that article.
5. How do I cancel the auto-renew subscription if I purchase a subscription from iTunes?
Subscriptions will auto-renew within 24 hours of the current subscription expiring. Auto-renewing subscriptions can be managed via Account Settings, allowing them to be turned off.
6. Can I cancel an app subscription?
If you subscribed within the app via the iTunes Store, Google Play, or the Amazon Appstore, you must contact the relevant app store to seek refunds or cancelations.
