  1. Rock climbing has been AMAZING form my ADHD/neurodiverse kiddo. It’s an individual sport, though you can join a team to help build community. Climbing is the perfect combination of both mental and physical engagement. Helps teach resilience. And has the most amazing community of people. Highly encourage others to give it a try!

  2. I only enjoy individual sports. I found it painful being in a football, rugby or cricket team at school I love cycling and swimming. Team sports require me to concentrate and therefore relying on other people, which can get very boring and slow!
