What you wrote is an exact description of my life so far too.
Thank you for confirming that it’s not me, but something what is happening to me. It was not easy to look at all the havoc around me and maintain the self-image of not to be a villain causing all this. I now have ADHD diagnosis (a month old) and am better equipped to understand and manage myself.
